Where do you start to ensure that you are not repeating what has already been taught?

Have dependable assessment information from a variety of sources from previous teachers that is trusted and used. Without this, we continue to get repetition of content, with many students knowing what is being taught to them. Schools need dependable ways of assisting teachers to learn from each other and trusting each other’s data.
